Because of the type of art I like with so much surrealistic qualities, when I think of getting a commission from an artist, a portrait is not the first thing that comes to mind. Usually, I just ask for a variation of something they have done before that I have liked. But, after seeing this painting Naoto Hattori is working on for a fan, I may have to consider portraits. Pretty sweet.
